NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, that Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 8 day of October, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at pubic outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block F, FLAMINGO ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 34 and 35, of the Pubic Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
