LOT 358, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 91-95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 714 GRAND RAPIDS BLVD, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. Naples, FL, on October 8, 2015 at 11:00 AM..
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
