NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-051734 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N .A., Plaintiff and Etarelda Gayle Morgan are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 8, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 43 AND 44, BLOCK 659, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 THROUGH 173, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
