LOT 6, BLOCK 9, OF THE RESERVE AT BUCKINGHAM, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 83 AND 84, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
