NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 10, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2015-CA-050464 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 26 day of October, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block 117, Unit 10, North 1/2 of Section 27, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, LEHIGH ACRES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 15, Page 76 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
