NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050488 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in M&T BANK, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH S. CURELLA a/k/a JOSEPH S. CURELLA SR., MELODY A. CURELLA, FORT MYERS SHORES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on Oct. 14, 2015, at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 86 and 87, Block 77, Unit 5, FORT MYERS SHORES, Unit 5, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 66, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
