NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050517, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and PATRICIA H. FRASER; THE ENCLAVE AT CYPRESSS LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 401, BUILDING 4, OF ENCLAVE AT CYPRESS LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED UNDER INSTR., NO., 2006-000022259, AND SAID AMENDMENT RECORDED IN INSTR., NO., 2006-000111917, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
