YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Joanna Rutkowska-Witak, has filed an action against you seeking to quiet title on the following property in SARASOTA County, Florida:
434 Granada Blvd., North Port, Florida 34287 and more particularly described as follows:
A PORTION OF LOT 4, BLOCK 46 WARM MINERAL SPRINGS UNIT #87 REPLAT ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 82, 82A THROUGH 82F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM A POINT LOCATED SOUTH 00°16'45” EAST A DISTANCE OF 53.82 FEET, FROM THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, AND BEING ON THE WESTERLY R/W LINE OF GRANADA BOULEVARD,THENCE RUN NORTH 00° 16'45” WEST, ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 53.82 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE SOUTH 89°43'15” WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 130.53 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE SOUTH 05°05'27” WEST, (CALCULATED), ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 4, A DISTANCE 54.42 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°34'05” EAST, ALONG A LINE THAT DIVIDES THE EXISTING BUILDING, A DISTANCE OF 135.42 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
