NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015 CA 002717 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and ANGEL SANTALIZ; OLGA I. QUINONES; WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; SIENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 14th day of October, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
