The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-9, Plaintiff and DAVID DONALDSON AKA DAVID A DONALDSON; ET AL, defendant. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this October 9th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated January 27th, 2015:

PARCEL ID# 2030-08-0006 THE PREMISES ARE CONVEYED SUBJECT TO AND WITH THE BENEFIT OF ALL RIGHTS, RIGHTS-OF-WAY, EASEMENTS, APPURTENANCES, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, AND LAYOUTS AND TAKINGS OF RECORD, INSOFAR AS THEY ARE IN FORCE AND APPLICABLE.
