NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009336 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and IGOR GORISLAVETS; ALEKSANDRA GORISLAVETS, are defendants. That Karen E. Rushing Clerk of Court for Sarasota County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 126, AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 125, T.B. OGBURNS ADDITION TO THE TOWN OSPREY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
