NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2015 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on December 28, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:

RUN THENCE SOUTH 89°56`23” EAST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 33, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE (CONTINUE) SOUTH 89°56`23” EAST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 33, A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 00°23`37” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 290.4 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89°56`23” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 150.0 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 00°23`37” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 290.4 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
