NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003042-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHARLENE ANDERSEN: IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM FOUR, INC.; L.R.E. GROUND SERVICES, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLENE ANDERSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES COLUMBO; JAMES COLUMBO AND NKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of October, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 106-G, BUILDING 9, WITH A .00213% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF APPURTENANCES THERETO, OF IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM IV, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 673, PAGES 669-749, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
