Final Judgment was awarded on December 8, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002730-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and BARBARA MOCCIO (DECEASED); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA MOCCIO; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; PASCO COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; CHRISTINE C. DEVINE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE C. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
