NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005466WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY V. MCCOOL; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC; CATHY MCCOOL AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. OF A CURVE HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 13° 20' 09”, A RADIUS OF 225.00 FEET, A TANGENT DISTANCE OF 26.30 FEET, A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 06° 33' 32” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 52.25 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, A DISTANCE OF 52.37 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 06' 29” EAST. A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 53' 31” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 604.68 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO KNOWN AS TRACT #905 IN THE HIGHLANDS.
