NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2015, and entered in 10-CA-015738 DIV. J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and JAMES LEE SMITH; OPAL WILLIAMS; HENRY LUU; HUNTERS COVE RECREATIONS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES INC.; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 1, HUNTERS COVE UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48 PAGE 40 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
