NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-006961, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which IMA FUND I, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID STOKES, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT; JOHN MCMILLIAN, P.A.; BANK OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT K/N/A JOVENTINO RODRIGUEZ are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 9, 2015 located on WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
