Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANCO POPULARNORTH AMERICA, is the Plaintiff, and KIM M. MILANESE a/k/a KIM M. HEINZ and MICHAEL D. HEINZ, husband and wife, and NORTH OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.at 10:00 a.m., on October 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
