NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2015 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017886 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and KENNETH SLICER, JR.; LINDA JEAN HUBBARD SLICER; COVINGTON AT CROSS CREEK HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROSS CREEK II MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSHUA HUBBARD; JESSE C. SLICER; ESTATE OF KENNETH SLICER, JR. are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
