NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-010613 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Harry Munger a/k/a Harry E. Munger are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 37.5 FEET OF LOT 7, AND THE EAST 26.5 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 12, GANDY GARDENS 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
