NOTICE IS GIVEN that in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 9th day of September, 2015, in Civil Action No. 15-CA-3526 Division H of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CONSULT CARE, INC., a Florida corporation, JOANNA MULDER, HOBBS ROAD INDUSTRIAL CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Non-Profit corporation and XCAPE SOLUTIONS, INC. d/b/a NETS, a Florida corporation, were the Defendants and SF PARTNERS MORTGAGE LLC, a Florida limited liability company, the Plaintiff, the Clerk of the Court will sell the subject property to the highest bidder for cash at public sale on October 29, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, where the following real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida will be sold:
Condominium Unit 105, HOBBS ROAD INDUSTRIAL CENTER CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 16816, Page 612, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
