NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed September 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-029972 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.a., is the Plaintiff and Desi M. Ferreira, Gregory T. Ferreira, Unknown Tenant(s), Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Nationwide Lending Corporation, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
