NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in 29-2010-CA-015372 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and HEATH A. DENONCOURT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HEATH A. DENONCOURT; AMY E. WARENYK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMY E. WARENYK; KEYBANK, N.A.; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; WILLOW BEND AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 05, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 79, OF LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1C VILLAGES 3, 4, 5 AND 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED N PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
