YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit Number 1403, Building (Phase) 14, together with its appurtenances as described in the Declaration of Condominium of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, a Phase Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Page 1792, as further described in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page 63, and as amended to add Phase 14 by Amendment to the Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 6499, Page 2001, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 95, Pages 116 through 124, and any other amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3071 Landmark Boulevard #1403, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10-19-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
