NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-19660-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, is Plaintiff and JUAN A LOPEZ; LUIS LOPEZ CASTILLO; BANK OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS; are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, IN BLOCK B, OF OAKLAND SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1220 North Orange Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
