NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-010925-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, CHARLES SCOTT, KEITH BROWN AKA KEITH SCOTT, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARY HELEN SCOTT-BROWN A/K/A MARY HELLEN SCOTT-BROWN F/K/A MARY HELEN SCOTT, BAY AREA HEART CENTER, P.A., CITIBANK, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH BROWN AKA KEITH SCOTT, DON DERMA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY HELEN SCOTT-BROWN A/K/A MARY HELLEN SCOTT-BROWN F/K/A MARY HELEN SCOTT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, NICOLE M. TURNER, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES SCOTT N/K/A NORA SCOTT, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Mary Helen Scott-Brown a/k/a Mary Hellen Scott-Brown f/k/a Mary Helen Scott, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 13, Lakeside Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
