NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. Thirty-five, as shown on Condominium plat of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT EIGHTY-THREE, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 110, Pages 32 and 33, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded March 3, 1992, in Official Records Book 7830, Pages 1687 through 1729, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and more commonly described as 2293 Austrian Lane, #35, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 3rd day of November, 2015 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
