NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-005322-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and RACHAEL A. RUGG AKA RACHAEL RUGG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RACHAEL A. RUGG AKA RACHAEL RUGG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RACHAEL A. RUGG AKA RACHAEL RUGG; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; AMSOUTH BANK; SUNSET POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 6, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER A, BUILDING 1, SUNSET POINT A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 120 AND 121 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5368 PAGES 1237 THROUGH 1288 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
