NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014011 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A., solely as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., GreenPoint Mortgage Funding Trust 2005-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR4, Plaintiff and Nadine E. Thomas a/k/a Nadine Thomas and Joyce L. Granieri a/k/a Joyce Granieri are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 7, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, ISLAND ESTATES OF CLEARWATER, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 62 AND 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
