NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-002634-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, EARLS, JEANETTE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of October, 2015, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 12, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE TREASURES OF CAPRI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 51 THROUGH 57 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 114, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 6, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5158, PAGES 97 THROUGH 148 AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5242, PAGE 2167 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5352, PAGE 737, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
