Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., Plaintiff, and KIMBERLEY S. LAROSE A/K/A KIMBERLY S. LAROSE; MICHAEL LAROSE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AND TENANT 1 AND TENANT 2 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 13, BLOCK 25, PASADENA ESTATES, SECTION “C”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
