NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-000668-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Dumala and Sons Paving Contractors, Inc., Equable Ascent Financial, LLC f/k/a Hilco Receivables, LLC, June V. Drexel a/k/a June Drexel, Scotsdale Villa Condominium II Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 1704, PHASE I, SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 52 THROUGH 61, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5461, PAGE(S) 1383, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
