NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-008608-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of Cwalt, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-J6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-J6, is the Plaintiff and Myra Decker a/k/a Myra P. Decker a/k/a Myra Patricia Decker, Oakhurst Groves Home Owners' Association Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation by and through Lee Health, its President, Regions Bank success by merger to Amsouth Bank, Unknown Party #1 nka Turgid Gunder, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
