Martin, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1701 North 20th Street, Suite B, Tampa, Florida 33605, on or before 10-19-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the amended complaint or petition.
