YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAKE SEMINOLE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 19, LAKE SEMINOLE VILLAGE -- STAGE 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Pages 15 and 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 10470 98th Street, Largo, Florida 33773
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10-19-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
