NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-004561-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005- FRE1 ASSET - BACKED PASS- THROUGHT CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and ROSEANN CHIARENZA A/K/A ROSEANNE CHIARENZA A/K/A ROSEANNE JOAN FINN A/K/A ROSEANN JOAN FINN A/K/A ROSEANN J. FINN; ROBERT FINN; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WILLIAM FAUST, DECEASED; VIRGINIA KLEINFELDER A/K/A GINGER KLEINFELDER; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. LOT 8, BLOCK 4, ORANGEWOOD HIGHLANDS 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
