Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF THE WEST 150.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 240.00 LFEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 6, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, TARPON SPRINGS OFFICIAL MAP, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 140.00 FET THENCE S 89 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 00 SECOND EAST, A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 00 SECOND WEST, A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
