NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2015, and entered in 12-004531-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LORETTA A. PASSAMONTE A/K/A LORETTA ANN PASSAMONTE; LORE LITTLE A/K/A LORETTA PASSAMONTE LITTLE; MISSION GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES, INC.; PAUL J. PASSAMONTE; JOSEPH PASSAMONTE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 02, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 7-D, MISSION GROVE CONDOMINIUM I, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 59 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4486, PAGES 591 THROUGH 638, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5320, PAGE 907, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
