NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-007714-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and COLIN F. BOTHA; BONNIE G. BOTHA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS; DIETERS AUTOHAUS; SUNTRUST BANK; AND SHANCE C. KILMER FKA SHANE C. YOUNG AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF WALTER J.KILMER are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, NORTH PARK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
