NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 0713670, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH1 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. GORSKI NATIONAL CITY BANK JANE DOE JOHN DOE; and CYNTHIA W. GORSKI A/K/A CYNTHIA WITT GORSKI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of October, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK B, LA FOREST AT GREEN SPRINGS THE GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDE DIN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 84 AND 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
