NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 23rd day of October, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 11208, Building No: XI, of Stone's Throw XI, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 103, Page(s) 32 through 39, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 7002, Page(s) 206 through 322, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
