EDWARDS, AS CO-TRUSTEE, UTD 4/3/00, A/K/A EDWARD H. WADE, JR. TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 3, 2000, AS AMENDED; ROBERT A. WADE, AS CO-TRUSTEE, UTD 4/3/00, A/K/A EDWARD H. WADE, JR. TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 3, 2000, AS AMENDED; WENOLA JEAN WADE, AS CO-TRUSTEE, UTD 4/3/00, A/K/A EDWARD H. WADE, JR. TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 3, 2000, AS AMENDED ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 210, BUILDING 200, KING ARTHUR'S COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 65 THROUGH 67, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4524, PAGE(S) 1015 THROUGH 1079, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
