NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 1, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-005247-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JESSICA PITTERICH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA PITTERICH; SKY HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8G SKY HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3833 PAGE 916 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11 PAGE 36 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
