U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST XVI, is Plaintiff and ANN NADEAU A/K/A ANN M. NADEAU; ISPC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT C, A DRAINAGE RIGHT-OF-WAY, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT ONE-C, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 46 AND 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE N. 00°15'12” E., 100.00 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE SOUTH LINE OF FAIRWEATHER DRIVE, AS RECORDED IN SAID SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT-C; THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY S. 88°18'39” E., 80.50 FEET TO A POINT OF CURVE; THENCE 30.91 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 20.00 FEET, CHORD S. 44°01'42” E., 27.93 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 92ND STREET, AS RECORDED IN SAID SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES UNIT ONE-C; THENCE S. 00°15'12” W., 80.50 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 21, PINELLAS GROVES; THENCE N. 88°18'36” W., 100.01 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
