NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004147-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Belinda McSween; Unknown Spouse of Belinda McSween; Lucy McSween; Unknown Spouse of Lucy McSween; Andover Lakes Phase 3 Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, ANDOVER LAKES, PHASE 3-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
