NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001057-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and RHELLEN BASTERO MACAROY A/K/A R MACAROY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RHELLEN BASTERO MACAROY A/K/A R MACAROY; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANNA LORENZO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/13/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
