NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010784-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, A Division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its Individual Capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Trust 2 is the Plaintiff and Benson Chiu; Renee Janessa M. De Rueda; Briar Bay Orlando Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, BRIAR BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 147-149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
