NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010431-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, by Caliber Home Loans, Inc., f/k/a Vericrest Financial, Inc., as its attorney in fact is the Plaintiff and Pedro Irizarry a/k/a Pedro L. Irizarry; Unknown Spouse of Pedro Irizarry a/k/a Pedro L. Irizarry; Jennifer Alonso a/k/a Jennifer R. Alonso; Unknown Spouse of Jennifer Alonso a/k/a Jennifer R. Alonso; Harvest Consulting, LLC; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 14th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK A OF AVALON PARK VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 96-104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
