NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2015, in Case Number 2015-CA-001232-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Martin Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Gina Romero, Lake Down Crest Association, Inc., and City of Orlando, a Florida Municipal Corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 12, 2015, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, LAKE DOWN CREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
