NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2015, and entered in DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and Rosemary Rosado A/K/A Rosemary Hernandez, Luis Rosado A/K/A Luis A. Rosado Southport Homeowners Association Inc., All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, And Against A Named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same Unknown Parties may claim an interest as spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants are the Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 3, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
